| Description: | Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide information to members on all credit union product and services. MUST have excellent member service skills. |
| Duties: | Responsibilities include: Assist members with all products and services such as opening new accounts, IRAs, loans, CDs with ability to explain all product features and benefits; Accurately complete all paperwork; Meet sales and service goals. |
| Qualifications: | Applicants MUST have previous experience with customer service, with preference given to applicants with past bank or credit union experience. |
